Meet the Pak-Sher Team...  

Troy Fischer - President & CEO  

Troy Fischer, President

Troy came on board in February of 2015.  Previously employed in Denver, Colorado as the Process Improvement Manager for Henry Wurst, he has over 20 years of experience in the printing industry and expertise in Converting, Sales and Marketing.  Troy was the founder and former CEO of On Target Marketing LLC, a mass mailing operation that grew into one of the largest mailing service companies in Colorado.  He worked in the Sales and Operations division of Data National Corporation, and served in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years.  Troy holds an MBA from Colorado State University.  He has been married to his wife, Mindy, for 17 years.  Together they have two children, a daughter – age 14, and a son – age 12.  In his leisure time, he enjoys snowmobiling and fishing.  Originally from Wisconsin, Troy remains a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan and proudly declares them as the best NFL team!


Leona Holloman, CFO 

Leona joined Pak-Sher in January, 2016, with over 25 years in Accounting & Finance experience. She began her career at a CPA firm, then moved through governmental, manufacturing, private equity and most recently, 8 years in the Oil & Gas industry. She brings a diversified talent holding positions such as Director, CFO, VP of Finance, Corp. Controller and Contract Analyst. Leona hails from MS, graduating with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Ms. She and her husband Charlie have two children; both married and residing in Texas. While she has no grandchildren; children and church hold special places in her heart, having worked in Awanas and teaching pre-K Sunday school for years. Leona loves kids, animals, nature, going to the beach, and most of all the Caribbean! She is an amateur photographer and enjoys exploring nature, going off the beaten path with her husband in her spare time. 
Dan Guill, Regional Manager - Central Region  

Terry Gebhardt, Vice President 

Terry brings to the table more than 28 years of food service, grocery and kitchen prep packaging experience. In addition to his packaging design responsibilities, he heads up the sustainability initiative at Pak-Sher, focusing on evaluation of "green" materials and technologies in the context of food service flexible and rigid packaging. Terry holds several patents pertaining to the design and manufacture of said packaging, and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX.
Tessa Conrad, HR Director  

Tessa Conrad, HR Director

Tessa started her career with Pak-Sher August 2015 bringing with her over 25 years in the HR field including 15 years in Manufacturing in such roles as Director of HR, General Manager, Accounting Manager, and Payroll Manager. Tessa earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University and graduated from the Executive Management Program - International Negotiations & Management. Tessa is extremely involved with her family. She has two boys ages 18 & 24 that keep her busy. She loves the country life where her family has plenty of room for their horses, Wagyu Cattle, chickens, and dogs. When she is not outside she enjoys watching Aggies and Cowboys football!!
Paul Haddad, National Sales Manager

Paul Haddad, National Sales Manager

Paul joined the Pak Sher team in April 2012, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the food service industry. He previously worked for companies such as Jet Plastica Industries, BOC Packaging & Polar Plastics.  He is from Montreal, Canada, where he received his Bachelors in Marketing and a graduate degree in Business Administration from Sir George Williams University.  He relocated to the U.S. in 1995 while employed with Polar Plastics. Paul & Barbara have been married for 29 years.  Their daughter, Kimberly, is a graduate of the University of Louisville and their son, Jeff, graduated from University of North Carolina - Charlotte. Paul enjoys boating on Lake Norman & an occasional golf match. When he's not working, you can find him on Lake Norman!
Tommy Vaughan, Product Manager

Tommy Vaughan, Product Manager

Tommy has been employed with Pak-Sher since 2002 and has managed several departments which include Quality Assurance, Global Purchasing, Plant Superintendent, and his current position of Plant Manager.  He has been in the packaging business for the past 18 years.  Tommy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce.

Alisa Hummel, Quality Assurance Manager

 Alisa joined the Pak-Sher team October 10, 2016 as the QA Manager. Alisa has over 30 years of experience in food, safety and quality management with leading companies such as Sconza Candy Company, Johnvience Foods/Mellace Family Brands and AAH Food Safety Consulting Energy. Originally from Iowa, her career has taken her from coast to coast. When Alisa is not at work she loves face time with her son and grandson. Her hobbies/interest include bicycle riding, staying healthy and she loves watching professional baseball and football. "It's even better in person"

Steve Wright, Regional Manager - Western Region

Steve Wright, Regional Sales Manager       Western Region

Steve joined the Pak-Sher team in early 2013 with over 18 years of foodservice sales experience.  As a National Account/Regional Sales Manager, Steve is responsible for both National & Regional Chain Accounts, as well as Select Foodservice Distribution and Broker Management within the Western region of the U.S.  As a longtime resident of North Texas, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science/Biology from the University of North Texas.  Steve enjoys golf, fly fishing and traveling.



 Jules Nacario, Regional Sales Manager

 Jules joined the Pak-Sher team June 20, 2016. Jules started his Foodservice career in 1992 with Dart Container Corporation. He has held National Account positions with Reynolds Foodservice, Genpak, Sabert Corporation and most recently Elkay Plastic Company. Jules is originally from the SF Bay Area and relocated to San Diego, CA in 1982. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration. Jules earned an MBA from University of Phoenix in 2000. He currently resides in San Diego with his daughter Lola Jane. Jules is an avid surfer and enjoys spending time outdoors primiarily at the beach with Lola. 
Myron Foster, Senior Regional Sales Support Specialist

Myron Foster, Senior Regional Sales Support Specialist

Myron began his Pak-sher career in 1981. Originally from Iowa, he served 4 yrs. in the US Air Force before joining Pak-Sher. He moved up through the organization quickly, beginning as a bag machine operator in the Converting department, then stepping up to shift supervisor and ultimately Converting Dept. Manager.  In 1989 Myron was promoted again to Quality Dept. Manager, a new position heading up a brand new department. In 1996, Myron took on the role of Customer Service Manager. Myron is currently Senior Sales Support Specialist, responsible for Eastern region sales support, training, and the day-to-day operations of the Sales Support team. Myron and his wife have been married since June of 1984. Together they share 2 daughters that have blessed them with 2 grandsons & 1 grandaughter. His hobbies include bowling, golf and Nascar.
Marcell Wilcox - Regional Sales Support Specialist

Marcell Wilcox, Regional Sales Support Specialist

Marcell has been with Pak-sher since October 2012.  She comes from a background in manufacturing and spent over 17 years in the flexible packaging industry. As Sales and Marketing Administrator Marcell's role is to assist and support Sales and Marketing. Marcell and her husband live in Longview and have three grown children.  She recently welcomed her first grandchild in May of 2014.
Jessica Rogers, Regional Sales Support Specialist

Jessica Rogers, Regional Sales Support Specialist  

Jessica came on board with Pak-Sher October 10, 2007. She started in the plant operating the machines that makes the bags. She was transfered to the Sales team in July 2015.  Jessica lives in Kilgore with her daughter, Krista. When she is not working she enjoys the outdoors fishing, riding atv's, camping, or relaxing on the beach. She is currently attending Kilgore College.

Jennifer Hawthorne, Sales & Marketing Coordinator

 Jennifer began her career with Pak-Sher August 10, 2015. She brings with her 15+ years experience in Sales and Marketing. When Jennifer is not working she is busy running from one athletic event to another with her 3 teenagers. She lives in White Oak with her husband and three children. Jennifer is a member of White Oak Community Church. In her spare time she enjoys hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. 

Mindi Siegley, HR Generalist

Mindi Siegley, HR Generalist

Mindi came onboard in October 2014 and is the newest member of our HR Support team!  Mindi brings with her 10+ years of sales & marketing experience. She works alongside Tessa Conrad, HR Director. Mindi is deeply involved with her children and their athletic activities. When she's not running her boys back and forth to practice and games, she enjoys reading in her spare time. Mindi lives in White Oak with her husband, two sons, and two black labs.
